Cold & Flu Season Tip: Sleep

 Escape cold and flu season this year (and every year) by not skipping or sacrificing your sleep! Individuals getting less than 7 hours of sleep are 3X as likely to get an illness or sick. Optimal bedtime is to have head on pillow before 10:30pm to maximize your physical repair and if you feel like you are coming down with something get into bed 30 minutes earlier to boost your immune system.
