Coffee Talk: Size for Benefits

Size does matter when it comes to your coffee cup! Most studies done on coffee are 5 ounce serving sizes and the health benefits of coffee have diminishing returns above 6 ounces. If a little is good, more is not always better. You will also erase most of coffee's positives by adding cream and sugar as well as using non-organic beans!
