Workday Hunger Vs. Cravings

 Are you really hungry or just experiencing cravings? Think about what hunger feels like to you. It is usually described by our clients with physical characteristics, but a craving is usually emotional and mental! Cravings could happen from dehydration, lack of sleep, poor quality and variety of foods, stress and a lot more. Identify the difference and fuel yourself when you truly need it with the best food available. Cravings are symptoms of imbalance, so rather than reaching for the band-aid give yourself something that is way more fulfilling.
