There are a lot of crazy colors in water bottles these days! Keep the bright, neon shades for your workout clothes, shoes and underwear. Most powder mixes are packed with artificial colors and sweeteners which are toxic and raise your insulin levels, both of which prevent fat and weight loss. Plus the added electrolytes and vitamins these mixes claim to have can be better absorbed if they are consumed through a sprinkle of Celtic sea salt and a squeeze of a fresh citrus fruit. Keep your water clear and have no fear!
