Grand Canyon Test

The Grand Canyon shows the tremendous power of how a collective drops of water can carve into the most solid of matter. Well the same happens with your thoughts.

Your most frequent thoughts carve into your brain by strengthening neural networks so that thought can show up more regularly and stay with you for longer!

Are your thoughts helping you grow, change and live to the fullest? Take the Grand Canyon test! Imagine you were at the edge of the Grand Canyon and yelled out your most common thoughts, what would echo back? 'Hoping, wanting, and wishing' thoughts only give back is more hoping, wanting and wishing. 'I am, I now, I have' thoughts are positive and in the present tense, that's what we want echoing back.
