Here are 4 checkpoints to regularly review throughout the day when using a standing desk or typing while standing for the best ergonomics and posture: 1) Eyes level to the screen 2) Elbow at a 90 degree bend or greater 3) Knees are soft not locked 4) Feet equally supporting body weight, foot arches up not flat
