When was the last time you were barefoot outside? Our feet are always locked up in shoes, socks, or in box (house, office, gym, car)! We can reduce our electromagnetic stress from computers, printers, tablets, cellphones by having our bare feet touching the Earth. The electrons from the Earth also serve as powerful antioxidants which reduce free radicals throughout the body. Research has demonstrated it takes about 80 minutes for the free electrons from the earth to reach your bloodstream and transform your blood. Try going bare at least 1x/week!
