When's the last time you worked out your eyes?! Our eyes are glued to our computer screen and locked into one position all day. Keep your eye muscles healthy by taking hourly breaks to look in all directions. With your eyes open or closed (closed helps prevent eye strain) and head still, move your eyes from opposite numbers around an imaginary clock (12 and 6, 3 and 9) a few times each. It feels pretty great and is important for professionals sitting in front of computers for hours!
