Resistance Training from Infinity Wellness

Resistance bands are great to get a fast and effective workout at home or on travel. Brendan demonstrates a bent over tricep kickback to work the muscles on the back of the upper arm just in time for spring and summer! The color of the band indicates the level of resistance (Yellow - Level 1, Green - Level 2, Red - Level 3, Blue - Level 4, Black - Level 5) Perform 2-3 sets of 12-15 repetitions for 2-3 days/week for a sleeveless upcoming season!
