Eating Tips from Infinity Wellness

Keep this Japanese Zen eating and health philosophy in mind as you have your next meal...'eat until 80% full'. When we are hungry going into a meal we eat fast and often too much which leads us feeling like we're having a food baby or in a food coma! Eating to 100% fullness or more ruins our energy, digestion and productivity. So save room for life, sex, work or whatever you want to do after the meal!
