Breathing, Hydration, Sleep, Nutrition, Strength, and Cardio training!

Physical energy is the quantity and capacity of energy you have. It is broken into six main categories: breathing, hydration, sleep, nutrition, strength and cardio training. Interestingly enough, the base of our internal battery runs off of optimal breathing and hydration, but the majority of executives and professionals only focus on strength and cardio training to boost their energy while overlooking the other four components. Take inventory on your own internal battery to see which area can help charge you up!
