WorkLIFE Wellness tip of the day: Crack a Window!

February 10, 2015

Crack a window! Bernell Baldwin’s research shows fresh air is chemically different than the recirculated indoor air that most people in urban environments breathe. High quality fresh air is actually electrified. The life-giving oxygen molecule is negatively charged or “negatively ionized.” This negatively charged oxygen gives rise to a number of benefits such as helping to keep our mood buoyant and positive. If you don't have a window that opens, take some fresh air free-time during your workday during your usual low energy periods (11am and 3pm).
