Neck Stretches for Pain Reduction with Infinity Wellness

Neck movement is essential for fluid circulation within the vertebral disc spaces in the neck. Throughout the day, the weight of the head forces water out of the discs, to bring that water back you need to move the head adequately. 

Keeping the chin to the sky for 30 seconds at a time forces water back into the discs and brings them back into their normal spaces away from the nerve roots which can cause pain! Try it, you and your body just might like it - a lot. (Note: discontinue if you experience dizziness or have history of vertigo)
