Avoid Office Body with these Helpful Tips from Infinity Wellness

Sitting on a ball doesn't automatically lead to perfect posture or desk ergonomics! We LIKE how this ball puts greater than a 90 degree bend at the elbow, hip, and knee while positioning the wrist at a neutral angle. We DON'T LIKE the individual's forward shoulders, rounded upper back, flattened lower back arch and pouched stomach. 

Two recommendations: 1) elevate the laptop and use a wireless keyboard will draw head, shoulders, back upright 2) set a reminder every 50-minutes to sit up straight and gentle pull the belly button toward the spine.
