Are you really hungry? Mindful Eating with Infinity Wellness

One of the most powerful questions to ask yourself before you sink your teeth into that snack or polish off a full plate is, 'Am I really hungry?'. There are many times when our boredom, unhappiness, frustration, tiredness, stress and even dehydration will cause our brain to send us a craving to eat when we are NOT actually hungry - in an attempt to change our mood. True hunger signs are different than cravings so pay close attention and figure out if what you really need is a break, a laugh, some water, good music, to call a friend or to get up and move your body!
