Exercise for Stress Reduction Workshop with Infinity Wellness

Exercise has an immediate impact on anxiety and stress! One of the many ways is through lowering your resting muscle tension in your body. When we are stressed our muscles tighten up in preparation of springing into action during fight or flight. Exercise relaxes the body and thus calms the mind by interrupting the brain's stress-feedback loop that travels from body to brain. With stress, use it AND lose it!
