Health Coaching Tip of the Day: Eat Well Balanced Meals

A well-balanced meal can last you 3-4 hours, but going 5, 6 and 7 hours without eating during the day will create low blood sugar and make you ravenous which leads to overeating, eating too fast, and choosing anything with sugar, salt, and fat for immediate energy. Have a snack of carbohydrates and protein between big gaps in your meals!
